Pine Hill, Epsom
		A development of just 3 five-bedroom executive detached properties, all with master and guest rooms providing en-suite accommodation and extensive living and entertaining spaces. We expect to have further details on pricing and availability in June, with completion likely in early Autumn. Floor plans are available upon request.
The Wells
