Letting only service
- 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) for the first year
- 9% including VAT (7.5% plus VAT) for the second and subsequent years to the same tenant
Let only and Rent collection
- 15% including VAT (12.5% plus VAT) for the first year
- 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) for second and subsequent years to the same tenant
Fully managed service
- 18% including VAT (15% plus VAT) for the first year
- 15% including VAT (12.5% plus VAT) for the second and subsequent years to the same tenant
Tenancy agreement preparation
- £60.00 including VAT (£50.00 plus VAT)
Arranging major works
- 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) of the total cost of the work
Inventory charges
- Independent inventory clerks are used - charged at cost
Energy Performance Certificate and floor plan
- If required an independent company is used, currently £100.00 (no VAT payable)
